We’ve assembled an impressive and varied cast of music industry professionals to act as our Music Panel. They will listen to submissions with open ears and minds.

Bill Bentley - Writer, Producer

Music editor of Austin Sun and L.A. Weekly, concert promoter and record producer, he worked as publicist for Slash Records and twenty years at Warner Bros. Records. Executive producer of tribute albums for Roky Erickson, Skip Spence and Doug Sahm. Bentley is founder of SonicBoomers and recepient of ASCAP Deems Taylor Award.

Patrick Woodward - Engineer / All Around Music Guy

As a recording engineer Patrick has worked with artists like Matchbox Twenty, Rob Thomas, Gloriana, Ryan Star, and Hikaru Utada. In addition to working in the studio, Patrick has started a few ventures including AjiSignal.com and 54Connection.com. He can be found blogging and podcasting at ArtistDish.com.

James Raymond - Composer/Songwriter/Producer

Currently on tour in Europe with Crosby, Stills & Nash. Scored numerous network television shows, Written songs for and recorded/ toured with CSN, CSNY, Crosby/Nash, Spice Girls, Oleta Adams. Produced two albums with David Crosby, produced songs for Sovory and others.

Michael Kauffman - Sales/Marketing Executive

For two decades at labels like Windham Hill and Verve, Michael successfully built sales and marketing campaigns for Diana Krall, Jamie Cullum, George Winston and iconic catalog artists like John Coltrane, Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong.  He co-founded The HiFive Group in order to provide stimulating service, distribution, ideas and inspiration to artists, labels, bands and brands.

Simon Heeger - Producer

Produced for several european artists such as CH!PZ who sold over 1.500.000 million records. At the age of 23 he founded the company Sportsongs.de. Simon currently works in Conway Recording Studios, Hollywood.

Mike Savage - Artist Manager

A 14-year music industry veteran, Mike has programmed successful Alternative radio stations in major markets including New York and Los Angeles.  He played a key role in launching A&R Worldwide, an international artist discovery/development firm, and has also lead Radio Promotion efforts for 3:33/Universal Records.

Wesley Verhoeve - Label Owner/A&R/Producer

After stints at Universal and Sony/BMG he co-founded Liberated Matter, responsible for curating and conceiving Cross-Pollination, a long-running weekly staple concert series in NYC. Soon after he formed Family Records which has successfully released 20+ releases from NYC’s best up-and-coming indie artists in the last two years.

Charles Stepczyk - Content Producer

Cut his teeth at MCA Records setting up college press, radio and lifestyle promotions in Southern California for artists such as Sublime, Ramones, blink-182 and Live.  Charles now produces daily content and heads up the Insomnia Radio Network, one of the first music podcasts in existence.
